Own client communications and build lasting relationships while shaping cross‑team account operations and reporting to deliver social and influencer programs.

• Client Communications & Relationship Ownership: day-to-day contact and long-term partnership growth with guidance from the Account Director.
• Account Operations & Cross‑Team Delivery: structure briefs, progress updates, and integrated workflows across the account team.
• Delivery & Reporting: ensure outputs meet client objectives, articulate results with Strategy, and coordinate influencer activations.
