Own the live paid media decision loop with an AI-assisted project; stay hands-on to tune campaigns, verify outcomes, and translate operations into engineer-ready rules.

Campaign execution and optimization across live paid-media programs with end-to-end ownership.
Measurement and decisioning: monitor spend, CPA, CPL, CPI, CPS, revenue, and profit; codify learnings.
AI integration governance: evaluate agent recommendations, calibrate judgments, and define scope for autonomy.

Job Description

Launch and monitor internal paid-media campaigns that provide real operating data for the project.
Make hands-on scale, hold, optimize, and stop decisions across live campaigns.
Track spend, conversion rate, CPA, CPL, CPI, CPS, revenue, and absolute profit.
Work across performance and affiliate-marketing economics, with strong attention to offer, geography, audience, creative, and platform differences.
Document clear rationales for important campaign decisions so they can become useful learning signals.
Review AI-agent recommendations against real campaign outcomes and identify errors, blind spots, and unsafe actions.
Help maintain realistic evaluation scenarios, golden sets, and ground-truth labels.
Participate in judge calibration, override review, drift monitoring, and decisions about expanding agent autonomy.
Work daily with key stakeholders and the engineering team to translate business reality into requirements they can implement and measure.
