Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Support the planning and delivery of tourism marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels
  • Develop engaging content for websites, social media, blogs, email campaigns, newsletters, destination guides, and promotional materials
  • Promote destinations, attractions, tourism experiences, events, tours, accommodation, and travel products
  • Manage content calendars and coordinate regular tourism marketing activities
  • Research tourism trends, visitor preferences, emerging destinations, customer behaviour, and competitor activity
  • Support paid and organic marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, and other relevant platforms
  • Assist with SEO, content marketing, email marketing, social media marketing, and online promotional activities
  • Coordinate with tourism boards, travel agencies, hotels, airlines, tour operators, attractions, and other industry partners
  • Assist with photography, video production, brochures, destination guides, promotional materials, and campaign assets
  • Support influencer, affiliate, PR, partnership, and co-marketing initiatives

Requirements

  • Entry-Level / Junior / Associate with 0–3+ years of experience
  • Degree, diploma, or equivalent practical experience in Marketing, Tourism, Travel, Hospitality, Communications, Business , or a related field is a plus
  • Strong interest in tourism, travel, destination marketing, hospitality, and digital marketing
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Strong copywriting, storytelling, and content creation abilities
  • Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social media platforms
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing, SEO, email marketing, and social media advertising
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Canva, or similar tools is a plus
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Creative mindset with excellent attention to detail
