Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of tourism marketing and promotional campaigns
  • Research target audiences, destinations, tourism markets, and customer segments
  • Develop campaign ideas to promote tourism products, destinations, travel packages, experiences, and services
  • Coordinate campaign timelines, deliverables, content, budgets, and promotional activities
  • Work with travel agencies, tour operators, hotels, airlines, attractions, tourism boards, destination organisations, and other industry partners
  • Support email marketing, social media campaigns, digital promotions, content marketing, and other campaign activities
  • Assist with campaign presentations, proposals, promotional materials, partnership agreements, and commercial documentation
  • Coordinate joint marketing campaigns, promotions, events, sponsorships, and co-marketing initiatives
  • Maintain accurate records of campaigns, partners, contacts, content, budgets, and campaign activity
  • Monitor campaign performance, engagement, leads, conversions, and commercial opportunities

Requirements

  • Entry-Level / Junior / Associate with 0–3+ years of experience
  • Degree, diploma, or equivalent practical experience in Marketing, Tourism, Travel, Business, Communications, Hospitality, Media, or a related field is a plus
  • Strong interest in tourism, travel, marketing, campaigns, digital media, and partnerships
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building abilities
  • Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
  • Confident communicating with clients, suppliers, partners, and senior stakeholders
  • Commercially minded with a proactive and results-oriented approach
  • Strong research, presentation, coordination, and follow-up skills
  • Excellent organisational and time-management abilities
