Job Summary

Own the end-to-end ecommerce experience for Butter & Crust, driving site performance, product configuration, and lifecycle marketing across Shopify, Recharge and Klaviyo.

Lead CRO on homepage, product pages and checkout
Manage product data, selling plans and bundles in Shopify
Design and automate email and lifecycle flows in Klaviyo

Job Description

Responsibilities

Owning day-to-day performance and development of the Butter & Crust website
Creating and managing products, variants, collections, pricing, images, metafields and selling plans in Shopify
Making sure new products are correctly configured across Shopify, Recharge, bundles and subscription frequencies
Improving product pages, landing pages, navigation, FAQs and the overall customer journey
Building and editing pages using tools such as Replo or Shopify theme sections
Testing and managing offers, discount codes, free gifts, delivery thresholds and promotional mechanics
Working with operations to ensure product availability and online merchandising reflect what we can fulfil
QAing the complete journey across mobile and desktop, from the landing page through bundle building, cart and checkout
Planning and managing the Klaviyo campaign calendar
Writing and building both plain-text and designed emails

Requirements

Strong experience working in ecommerce, ideally with a subscription, DTC, food, delivery or consumer brand
Confident working across Shopify, Klaviyo and subscription platforms such as Recharge
Experience managing and improving ecommerce websites
Comfortable creating and editing products, variants, metafields, collections and selling plans
Experience building and analysing email campaigns and automated lifecycle flows
A good understanding of Meta ads, acquisition economics and paid creative
Experience planning and running CRO tests
Comfortable reading ecommerce data and turning it into clear actions
Able to write natural, persuasive customer-facing copy
Technically confident and willing to solve problems directly
