Job Summary

Own cross-channel media planning and unified campaign storytelling, tying plans to business KPIs and leading test‑and‑learn with an activation network.

Architect and steward business outcome driven media plans, owning the creation of overall plans, cross-channel budget allocations, in flight cross-channel reporting & optimisation, and post-campaign analysis
Serve as the client’s key contact for a unified view of campaigns, narrating the story from strategic planning through PCA
Participate in sprint ceremonies as media consultants and embedded contributors, supporting prioritization, test refinement and hands-on planning
Develop media plans to support test and measurement framework as needed
Coordinate a wider team of activation specialists to ensure timely media executions (note commission will be applied to media following existing SOW)

Requirements

Superb knowledge of the digital media landscape and the dynamics of activation across all relevant channels
Highly capable in client management including senior stakeholders
Digital native—strong understanding of digital platforms and capabilities and able to converse with activation at a tactical execution level
Ability to translate business and marketing KPIs to appropriate media KPIs and media strategy into media plans
Excellent organizational skills, close attention to detail and ability to quality control work
Ability to adhere to deadlines and project manage multiple workstreams
Development and maintenance of productive relationships with internal and external partners
Proven problem solving and decision-making skills
Right to work in the UK for this UK-based role
