Job Summary

Shape enterprise CX marketing with cross-functional launch ownership and ROI storytelling that moves large decisions, then turn complex telephony tech into client friendly value. Build ICP driven messaging, sales tools, and launch playbooks that tie to adoption and pipeline impact.

Own late-stage deal storytelling and ROI frameworks to lift conversion and ACV.
Lead portfolio messaging and ICP frameworks across the product line for enterprise buyers.
Craft battlecards, decks, and guides that sell outcomes over features and adapt with field feedback.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Partner with sales on strategic deals to shape narrative, differentiation, and win strategy. Develop executive-level storytelling, business cases, and ROI frameworks for late-stage deal cycles. Identify patterns across won and lost deals and use them to directly influence conversion rates, deal velocity, and ACV.
Drive the positioning, messaging, and value propositions across the Klearcom product portfolio. Translate complex capabilities into clear, client-first narratives that resonate with each target persona. Build ICP-specific messaging frameworks that balance technical innovation with tangible business outcomes.
Develop comprehensive sales toolkits: battlecards, pitch decks, one-pagers, and objection handling guides, that equip the commercial team to sell outcomes, not features. Continuously refine materials based on win/loss analysis and competitive intelligence gathered directly from the field.
Support go-to-market strategy and own end-to-end launch execution across product, engineering, customer success, sales, and marketing. Measure launch effectiveness through adoption rates, pipeline contribution, and commercial team feedback.
Work with Product Managers on roadmap prioritisation, beta programmes, and customer insights. Collaborate with customer-facing teams to surface proof points and build cross-sell narratives that support expansion.

Requirements

Approximately 5 years in product marketing within enterprise SaaS, ideally in CX technology, telephony, or a comparably complex technical environment. You understand how enterprise buying decisions are made, how to engage stakeholders at every level, and how to make sophisticated technology feel accessible without losing its substance.
Experience managing full product launches end-to-end and can speak to both the strategy behind it and the results it delivered. Strong writing, sharp commercial instincts, and the ability to build credible cross-functional relationships are all non-negotiable here.
A personality which thrives on being self-directed, comfortable with ambiguity, and motivated by the opportunity to build something rather than maintain it.
