Job Summary

Own the GSoS digital communications flow from website and newsletters to cross-platform campaigns, turning research into audience-ready stories while building repeatable processes and clear stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

Maintain and optimise the GSoS website, newsletters and additional projects.
Develop content in line with best practice including SEO, accessibility and UX.

Support the facilitation of the GSoS sustainability network across LSE.

Requirements

experience of using a content management system to manage a multi-page microsite as part of a larger, complex website
an understanding of SEO, GEO, information architecture, UX and accessibility best practices
experience of producing content that aligns with brand guidelines and house style
an effective understanding of current legislation around data protection and copyright with an ability to apply this knowledge to tasks
experience in maintaining accurate and up-to-date work records and metrics for clear information sharing, information management and reporting
proven ability to translate complex research into engaging, cross-platform communications outputs for a wide range of audience
confidence to communicate requests, deadlines, professional advice and important information to stakeholders in an effective and appropriate manner, both orally and in writing
strong written English and proofreading skills
