Own the on-trade footprint in London and the South East by shaping brand moments, education, and trade advocacy across venues, bartenders, and accounts.

Brand Activation: drive awareness, trials and sales through in-venue experiences and events.
Training & Storytelling: deliver tequila education and compelling brand narratives to groups and venues.
Market feedback and collaboration with sales to lift distribution and volume.

Job Description

Own London & South East as Brand Ambassador; drive brand awareness, trade advocacy and sales through trade engagement, education and consumer experiences
Build relationships with bartenders, venues, and key accounts
Deliver engaging tequila training and brand storytelling sessions
Run tastings, takeovers, and high-impact events
Drive distribution and support rate of sale in existing accounts
Create standout activations that get Cazcabel off the back bar and into drinks
Represent the brand at trade shows, events, and on social
Visit accounts in London and the South East; host brand trainings and tastings; execute in-venue activations; ensure brand visibility through POS, menu listings, and digital presence
Support and implement trade marketing campaigns; attend industry events and festivals; act as local brand expert and storyteller; gather market feedback; report on competitor activity; collaborate with sales and marketing to drive awareness, volume, and advocacy
