Job Summary

Own the hands-on content creation flow for an apprentice, combining digital content production with AI-assisted ideation, while updating websites and social channels to boost engagement and learn branding mechanics.

Content Production: Create and edit website and social content for consistent brand voice.
AI Tooling: Apply AI to generate text, images, ideas, and planning materials.
Web & Social Updates: Refresh site content and campaigns to improve user engagement and learning outcomes.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Create and edit digital content for websites and social media
Use AI tools to support content creation (text, images, ideas, and planning)
Update website content and improve user engagement
Assist with social media posts and campaigns
Support branding and marketing activities
Research trends in digital content and AI tools
Work with the team to develop creative ideas
Attend training and complete apprenticeship coursework

Requirements

Interest in content creation, social media, and AI tools
Creative mindset and willingness to learn
Good written communication skills
Basic IT and digital skills
Attention to detail
Ability to work independently and in a team
Enthusiasm for digital media and technology
5 A - C GCSE Maths and English (Grade 4/C or above preferred)
Basic understanding of computers and internet use
