Job Summary

Own and govern the team brand identity across all assets, ensuring fast, consistent rollout and alignment with Mercedes-Benz and partner brands.

Brand identity governance: create, maintain and educate on visual guidelines for marketing and company assets.
Cross-functional execution: manage approvals and coordinate sub-teams to deliver the visual identity for different audiences and channels.
Brand activation and onboarding: support partner onboarding with visual identity briefings and 유지 alignment with brand values.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Be a key player in an active, engaged and enthusiastic team focused on the delivery of clear objectives
Work with the Senior Brand Identity Manager to refine, develop and grow our team brand identity
Act as creator and gatekeeper of team branding and style guidelines, educating internal and external audiences on their use and implementation across marketing and company assets
Manage brand approvals of both team and partner creative
Manage the delivery of the team’s visual identity across all materials and assets, working with sub-teams to ensure timely and consistent rollout, selecting the appropriate visualisation for each audience and use
Identify new areas internally and externally that require development or rebrand across physical and digital spaces
Take an active role in evaluating and developing visual strategies and physical assets, ensuring alignment with Mercedes-Benz and partner brands
Monitor trends and developments in sports brands to ensure the team’s activities remain leading edge
Work with the Insights team to monitor the team’s brand recognition and ensure activities align with brand values
Support the onboarding of new partners, creating and delivering presentations on our brand visual identity

Requirements

Degree educated, or equivalent
Relationship Management Skills
Strong understanding and experience of brand identity management
Acute attention to detail and delivering consistently to high brand standards
Experience of working within a creative or brand sub team in a marketing department
Excellent interpersonal skills and strong team mindset
Thrives working in a fast-paced and pressurised environment with high levels of drive and enthusiasm, multi-tasking across numerous ongoing projects.
Organised, with good admin and time management skills
Bringing a proactive and inquisitive approach, constructively challenging processes to continuously improve brand execution.
Flexibility in hours and approach is required, along with the ability to work under minimum supervision with a ‘can do’ team attitude.
