Job Description

Responsibilities

Objective: Scale a high-performing affiliate and creator network
Run day-to-day community management across Discord — support, queries, relationships, shoutouts
Share weekly trends, winning content, sales periods and creator opportunities
Manage coaching calls and incentive/competition programmes end to end
Objective: Source, onboard, and manage creators across affiliate and paid campaigns
Source, recruit and prospect creators from small affiliates to large influencers, using discovery tools and trend research
Run outreach and negotiate paid and commission-only partnerships
Set up and manage campaigns in Noco, distribute links/codes/assets, and track deliverables
Brief creators and guide them on hooks, formats and TikTok-native trends
Review and approve content; manage contracts, samples and logistic

Requirements

Ideally, 1–2 years of experience in influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, or social commerce
Commercially aware, with confidence interpreting performance metrics and sales data.
Excellent relationship builder with strong communication skills
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple workstreams
Proactive self-starter comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Passionate about TikTok, platform trends & emerging creators
