Job Summary

You will own planning and execution of marketing campaigns, data integrity, and event logistics while collaborating across teams to drive member engagement.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Support marketing and communications campaigns through content scheduling, asset coordination, and reporting.
  • Manage CRM contact data to ensure accuracy and enable targeted outreach.
  • Coordinate logistics for hosted, attended, and digital events - making every detail count.
  • Provide vital administrative support, including diary management and meeting preparation.
  • Collaborate across teams to ensure seamless delivery of marketing initiatives and member engagement.

Requirements

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital collaboration tools (Teams, PowerPoint, SharePoint).
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and event planning principles.
  • A proactive, adaptable team player with a customer-focused mindset.
