Own and coordinate the NPD process with cross-functional teams and support brand events and activations, while aiding regional/global reporting and monthly updates.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Support the end-to-end NPD process and liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of assets and documentation.
Provide logistical and creative support for brand events and activations.
Collaborate with agencies and internal teams to ensure flawless execution.
Support the preparation and presentation of monthly and quarterly brand updates.
Support regional and global activity reporting, ensuring timely and accurate submissions
Support with PR & Influencer plans, coordinating with internal and global teams and external agencies

Requirements

Experience in brand and customer marketing, ideally within a multi-brand portfolio environment
Confident presentation and communication skills, with experience engaging both small and large audiences
The ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels, collaborating effectively across local and global teams.
A track record of delivering high-quality work within tight and challenging deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook.
