Job Summary

Own the creation and optimization of engaging email campaigns and supporter communications, develop supporter journeys, collaborate across teams to nurture engagement, and use data to improve performance.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Creating and writing engaging email campaigns, newsletters and supporter updates that inform and involve audiences in our work.
  • Helping to build supporter journeys that thank, inspire and keep people connected to grow our community.
  • Working with teams across marketing, membership, fundraising, volunteers, education and charitable impact areas.
  • Using data and testing to understand and improve the supporter journey to grow engagement and retention.
  • Bringing our brand and values to life through key supporter communications and touch points to deepen connection to BHS and our cause

Requirements

  • You want to use your marketing experience and skills to make a positive difference
  • You are confident in writing emails, copy and content that builds loyalty, trust and inspires to action
  • You are audience focused, passionate about understanding what makes our supporters tick and how to engage them
  • You are confident using email marketing, CRM or digital tools
  • You like using data to understand performance and using it to improve what comes next
  • You like coming up with ideas, then making them happen
  • You want to work in an organisation that supports you to bring your full, authentic self to work and is working really hard to be a beacon of inclusion in the equestrian sector

Preferred

  • Charity or equestrian experience would be helpful
