Own and coordinate the NPD process with cross-functional teams and support brand events and activations, while aiding regional/global reporting and monthly updates.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Support the end-to-end NPD process and liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of assets and documentation.
  • Provide logistical and creative support for brand events and activations.
  • Collaborate with agencies and internal teams to ensure flawless execution.
  • Support the preparation and presentation of monthly and quarterly brand updates.
  • Support regional and global activity reporting, ensuring timely and accurate submissions
  • Support with PR & Influencer plans, coordinating with internal and global teams and external agencies

Requirements

  • Experience in brand and customer marketing, ideally within a multi-brand portfolio environment
  • Confident presentation and communication skills, with experience engaging both small and large audiences
  • The ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels, collaborating effectively across local and global teams.
  • A track record of delivering high-quality work within tight and challenging deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook.
