Requirements

Experience managing CRM or customer marketing campaigns from development through to delivery and optimisation.
Knowledge of using customer data and insights to improve campaign performance.
Experience working across direct marketing channels, including email, SMS, push notifications and direct mail.
Experience using CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce, Oracle or Marketing Cloud.

Preferred

A customer-focused marketer with experience understanding customer behaviour and delivering engaging experiences.
A confident communicator who enjoys collaborating with partners across multiple teams.
Detail-oriented, commercially minded and motivated by continuous improvement and results.
