Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver CRM campaigns across email, SMS, push notifications and direct mail.
• Create compelling customer journeys and messaging that deliver a consistent experience across channels.
• Manage campaigns end-to-end, including planning, execution, reporting and optimisation.
• Use customer insight and performance data to improve targeting, engagement and campaign effectiveness.
• Partner with our teams and external agencies to ensure all campaigns meet business, brand and compliance requirements.

Requirements

• Experience managing CRM or customer marketing campaigns from development through to delivery and optimisation.
• Knowledge of using customer data and insights to improve campaign performance.
• Experience working across direct marketing channels, including email, SMS, push notifications and direct mail.
• Experience using CRM and marketing automation platforms such as Salesforce, Oracle or Marketing Cloud.

• A customer-focused marketer with experience understanding customer behaviour and delivering engaging experiences.
• A confident communicator who enjoys collaborating with partners across multiple teams.
• Detail-oriented, commercially minded and motivated by continuous improvement and results.
