Job Summary

Lead and develop a large, high-performing team to achieve growth targets, while aligning on KPIs, budgets and a long-term testing roadmap across brands.

Own team performance and development
Drive cross-functional alignment and learning

Job Description

Responsibilities

Your main objective is to hire, lead and develop a large team helping them do their best work and exceed targets. This is where you'll spend the majority of your time, around 60%.
Allocate resources within the team to meet the demands of the business, with the team's engagement and development in mind.
Fine-tune our ways of working, with a focus on campaign quality and speed of delivery
Ensure the team grows, maintains and nurtures relationships with influencers
Understand our growth objectives and brand vision, and work with business unit leads to set team targets, align on expectations, KPIs and budgets.
Own performance against targets for each brand — both where we stand today and our outlook for the coming months — with a clear plan to recover ground wherever we're off track.
Own the long-term testing roadmap: work with your direct reports on ongoing experiments and their results, draw on the team's collective knowledge to generate and prioritise new ideas, and be clear on the thinking behind how those priorities are set.
Share learnings from your channel with other channel leads across the business, so relevant insights can be applied more widely.
Lead a regular input and alignment session with the Head of Growth and other channel leads, to gather input on priorities and keep plans aligned across functions.

Requirements

You love managing people and have examples of helping team members reach their full potential.
Experience leading and motivating a large team (ideally 6+ people) in a fast-paced, data-led business.
You have integrity and are not afraid of having uncomfortable conversations.
You have experience working in Growth or Influencer marketing, where you have managed large budgets and had to deliver against revenue targets.
Strong commercial acumen, with a solid understanding of key marketing drivers.
Track record of setting up and fine tuning processes.
Experience implementing tests and learning from results.
A team player who's happy to get stuck in, supporting all areas of the business.
An appreciation of the more creative side of marketing.
An interest in healthcare, wellness and skincare.

Benefits

25 Days Holiday (+ all the usual Bank Holidays).
Free Breakfast & Lunch, plus drinks and snacks.
Hybrid working — remote Wednesday and Thursday; core hours 10-4 in office (7-4 or 10-7 also available).
Equity — a competitive salary and a generous share award package.
Health and wellbeing focus — healthcare cash plan, cycle to work scheme.
£500 annual development budget for learning, training and development.
Workplace nursery benefit for working parents.
Culture club — weekly celebrations of wins and milestones.
Highly discounted Skin + Me products for you, and 10 friends + family.
Generous employee referral scheme.

Skin + Me

4.3 Glassdoor

In 2018, we set out to solve a problem that millions of people faced: not just struggling with their skin, but struggling to navigate skincare itself. By combining dermatology expertise, pharmacy and technology, Skin + Me created a simpler, more personalised approach – and proved that expert-led care could reach people who'd never had access to it before. That belief became the foundation of something bigger. Today, + Me is the foundation of Skin + Me, Hair + Me and Renew + Me, with more verticals on the horizon. We're not building a single brand. We're re-engineering the health and wellbeing industries because we believe that access to cutting-edge clinical expertise should be the standard, not the exception.Every brand we build starts with a real problem. Every solution is rooted in science. And every person who joins + Me becomes part of re-engineering personal care for more people, in more ways.Find us at: www.skinandme.com Start tackling your skin goals with our free online dermatology consultation and sign up with the code LINKEDIN24 to get your first Daily Doser for £4.99✨
