Content Editor

Responsibilities

• Edit short-form video ads for paid social, primarily Meta and TikTok.
• Turn raw footage, UGC and AI-generated clips into scroll-stopping content.
• Create AI-generated video, images and audio using the latest tools, including our partnership with Seedance.
• Turn winning ads into multiple variations using AI and reusable templates.
• Work across multiple brands, products and industries.
• Experiment with new tools and workflows that make the work better and faster.
• Help set the creative standard across our wider team of editors as you grow into the role.

Requirements

• You create content online and edit your own videos, in CapCut, Premiere or similar.
• You have a portfolio or account showing short-form content you’ve made and edited.
• You understand what makes someone stop scrolling, keep watching and take action.
• You’re already experimenting with AI tools for video, images or audio, and want to go deeper.
• You can produce content at pace without the quality dropping.
• You’re naturally curious, resourceful and figure things out for yourself.
• You’re based in or near Birmingham and happy working from our Jewellery Quarter office.

Preferred

• Bonus if you’ve edited paid ads before, or already use tools like Seedance, Kling or ElevenLabs.
