Videographer & Video Content Creator

Responsibilities

• Plan, film and edit high-quality video content for social media, Meta advertising, websites, email, PR and digital campaigns
• Create engaging short-form content and Reels optimised for Instagram, TikTok and paid social
• Film and produce customer, practitioner, expert and influencer testimonials
• Create product demonstrations, educational videos, treatment content and brand storytelling
• Film behind-the-scenes, founder, team and event content
• Record and edit video podcasts and interviews, including multi-camera content where required
• Add motion graphics, animation, titles, captions and visual effects to enhance content
• Adapt and repurpose longer-form footage into multiple short-form assets
• Work with the marketing team to develop creative concepts, storyboards and shot lists
• Manage lighting, sound and camera set-up to ensure consistently high production standards

Requirements

• We are looking for someone with strong hands-on experience in videography, video production and editing, with a portfolio demonstrating both creative and commercial work.
• Ideally, you will have experience in:
• Professional video production and editing
• Social-first and performance marketing content
• Video testimonials and interviews
• Product and beauty/lifestyle videography
• Motion graphics, animation and special effects
• Podcast filming and editing
• Lighting, audio and studio/location production
• Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects or equivalent professional editing software

Preferred

• Experience within beauty, skincare, aesthetics, medical devices or premium consumer brands would be an advantage but is not essential.
