Own the end-to-end video production workflow from interviews to promos and build reusable templates and asset libraries to enable fast, repeatable production.

Job Description
Responsibilities
- Film interviews, case studies and live conference footage
- Cut high energy event reels and punchy social edits
- Create animated explainers and promotional videos
- Produce podcasts, sound bites and platform specific formats
- Build the templates, motion graphics foundations and asset library that make fast, repeatable production possible
Requirements
- Strong professional video editing and production experience
- Confidence with industry standard editing and animation software
- Experience filming interviews and live events, often on your own
- A creative eye for storytelling, rhythm and visual identity
- The organisation to manage several projects at pace
Preferred
- Bonus, not essential: motion graphics, podcast editing, photography, or experience in education or membership organisations.
