Responsibilities

• Edit short-form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook and LinkedIn
• Edit longer-form brand, testimonial and documentary-style content
• Turn raw footage into polished, engaging final edits
• Create strong opening hooks that capture attention quickly
• Add subtitles, captions, graphics and motion elements
• Use music and sound design effectively
• Colour correct and grade footage where required
• Clean and improve audio
• Work with multi-camera footage when required
• Edit patient and client testimonials

Requirements

• A strong portfolio or showreel demonstrating commercial video editing
• Excellent understanding of pacing, storytelling and audience retention
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro
• Experience with After Effects would be highly beneficial
• Strong understanding of short-form social media content
• Good knowledge of sound design, music selection and audio mixing
• Understanding of colour correction and basic colour grading
• Ability to create engaging subtitles and motion graphics
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work quickly without sacrificing quality

Preferred

• Previous experience working within a marketing, content or creative agency
• Experience editing content for brands on Instagram and TikTok
• Experience editing Meta advertising creatives
• Experience with healthcare, dental or professional service brands
• Experience editing patient or customer testimonials
• Experience creating documentary-style content
• Strong knowledge of After Effects
• Experience with motion graphics and animated typography
• Understanding of what makes social media content perform well
• Experience editing footage shot in Log or other flat colour profiles
