Video & Design Executive

Responsibilities

• Plan, film and edit content across matchdays, training, interviews, features, player announcements and behind-the-scenes activity.
• Produce regular content for Pompey+ and club digital channels.
• Support post-match requirements including interviews, highlights, goal clips and replays.
• Operate professional camera, audio and lighting equipment.
• Create assets for marketing campaigns, social media, digital channels, commercial activity, matchday screens, LEDs and club events.
• Produce accurate player, team, sponsorship and recurring matchday assets.
• Work within club brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity.
• Manage creative projects from brief through to delivery.
• Work across departments and manage competing priorities and deadlines.
• Maintain organised project files, assets and archives.

Requirements

• Professional experience producing video from filming through to final edit.
• Graphic design experience and a strong portfolio.
• Strong Adobe Creative Cloud skills, particularly Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Experience using professional camera equipment. Sony FX-series experience is desirable.
• Strong visual storytelling, typography and layout skills.
• Good organisation and attention to detail.
• The ability to manage multiple briefs and tight deadlines.
• A collaborative approach and willingness to take ownership.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and matchdays.

Preferred

• Experience in football, sport or another fast-paced content environment is desirable.
