Strategic Marketing, Service & Aftermarket, EMEA & APAC

Responsibilities

• Define, design, and maintain a catalog of service offerings (training, labor, parts, connected solutions).
• Collaborate with Service Director, Regional Service Managers, Global Product Leaders and Regional Marketing teams to ensure consistent roll-out and competitive positioning.
• Develop comprehensive Spare Parts and Paid Training strategies.
• Build new service product offerings (eg. Rentals) and innovative business models to address emerging customer needs (eg. Performance-based contracts)
• Business Case Development & Profitability Analysis
• Create business cases for new service offerings, including market opportunity assessment and ROI analysis.
• Calculate profitability and margin impact for existing and proposed services.
• Partner with Finance and Pricing teams to ensure offerings/monetization models meet financial targets and align with strategic objectives.
• Marketing Strategy & Demand Generation
• Create and execute marketing strategies for service products, including messaging, campaigns, and collateral.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing or relevant technical field.
• Minimum 5 years in Marketing or Sales (B2B), ideally in After Sales/Service.
• Experience with SaaS/HaaS or managed services, and Solutions Marketing.
• Financial Analysis & Pricing Models
• Experience in Service design & productization
• Strong project management, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally and internationally.
• Strong influencing skills; ability to drive change.

Preferred

• Master’s degree and additional European language (German/French).
• Digital marketing experience, Salesforce CRM knowledge.
• Familiarity with safety industry products and customers (FGFD, First Responder, Industrial PPE).
