Responsibilities

• Develop, design, and curate engaging and trending content for platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and more
• Conceptualise and create video content, graphics and stills to drive engagement and growth
• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and promotions across multiple clients in the fertility, wellbeing pregnancy and parenting sectors, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines
• Conduct research to identify trends and provide recommendations for content strategy
• Collaborate daily with the creative and partnerships team on content planning and strategy
• Support our Editorial Lead with managing client communications, project timelines and content delivery with professionalism and attention to detail
• Foster relationships within our online community, as well as influencers and brand advocates, to manage brand reputation
• Consistent front of camera presence, presenting in videos and hosting TikTok and IG lives and podcast episodes

Requirements

• 2 years of experience in social media management, community management, content creation, or digital marketing
• Strong proficiency in social media platforms and content creation
• A keen eye for social trends
• Strong creativity, with natural aesthetic feel and visual storytelling
• Skilled in graphic design and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, Canva)
• Excellent organisational and project management skills to handle multiple tasks and campaigns simultaneously
• Ability to analyse data to inform content strategy
• A genuine interest in (or lived experience of) the wellbeing, fertility, pregnancy or women's health sectors

Preferred

• A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Journalism or a related field
• Experience working in-house for a digital or creative agency
