Responsibilities

• Create and schedule engaging content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
• Design eye-catching graphics, reels, and short-form videos.
• Manage and grow social media accounts through regular posting and engagement.
• Respond to comments, messages, and customer enquiries in a professional manner.
• Monitor social media trends and suggest new content ideas.
• Assist with email marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Track and report on social media performance and campaign results.
• Help develop marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and sales.

Requirements

• Previous experience managing social media accounts for a business
• Strong understanding of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other social platforms
• Experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

Preferred

• Graphic design experience
• Photography and video editing skills
• Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing
• Experience in the printing, promotional products, or e-commerce industry is a bonus
• Experience with paid social media advertising is advantageous
