Own daily social content creation and video storytelling across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube; drive campaigns with the Creative Director and maintain content calendars, trend adaptation, and performance reviews to steer future posts.

• Content ownership: lead short and long form video planning, production, and edits for multiple platforms.
• Channel and trend leadership: stay on top of trends, sounds, formats, and platform updates; tailor content to Skipper's audience.
• Performance and collaborations: analyze monthly results, inform content strategy, and coordinate brand/influencer partnerships while maintaining the digital content library.
