Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with organisational goals.
  • Create, curate, and schedule compelling content tailored to different platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
  • Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and engagement opportunities; respond promptly and professionally.
  • Analyse performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with marketing, PR, and content teams to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
  • Manage online reputation by addressing any negative feedback or crises swiftly and effectively.
  • Stay informed about the latest trends in social media management and public relations to keep our organisation at the forefront of digital innovation.
  • Organise promotional events or campaigns that increase brand visibility and audience interaction.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing roles.
  • Strong understanding of public relations principles and best practices.
  • Excellent written communication skills with the ability to craft engaging content tailored to target audiences.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar platforms.
  • Creative thinker with a keen eye for visual design and storytelling.
  • Ability to analyse data insights and adapt strategies accordingly.
  • Organised with excellent time-management skills to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
