Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with organisational goals.
  • Create, curate, and schedule engaging content across platforms such as Instagram, Youtube and TikTok.
  • Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and engagement opportunities; respond promptly to foster community interaction.
  • Analyse social media metrics to assess campaign performance and optimise future content strategies.
  • Collaborate with marketing, PR, and creative teams to ensure brand consistency and maximise outreach efforts.
  • Manage online reputation by addressing public relations issues swiftly and professionally.
  • Stay informed about the latest trends in social media management and digital marketing to keep our organisation at the forefront of industry developments.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing roles.
  • Strong understanding of public relations principles and best practices.
  • Excellent written communication skills with the ability to craft compelling content tailored to different audiences.
  • Proficiency in social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar platforms.
  • Ability to analyse data insights and translate them into actionable strategies.
  • Organised with excellent time-management skills to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Creative thinker with a keen eye for visual aesthetics and storytelling.
Preferred
  • Prior experience in developing organisational branding or community engagement initiatives is desirable.
