Job Summary
Own and execute visual content creation for social channels, coordinating shots, edits, and captions that feel human and on-brand for client stories.
- Content production and editing: plan shoot, edit video and photo assets for social across multiple platforms.
- Creative design and storytelling: craft social graphics and captions with an authentic voice.
- Campaign planning and client collaboration: develop content calendars and campaigns with the team and clients to bring ideas to life.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Visiting client sites to capture photo, video and drone content
- Creating engaging social media content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and YouTube
- Editing videos that people actually want to watch
- Taking and editing professional photography
- Designing social graphics and creative assets using Adobe Creative Suite
- Writing captions and content that don’t sound like they were written by ChatGPT in 2023
- Planning content calendars and campaign ideas
- Working closely with our team and clients to bring ideas to life
- Keeping up with social trends without trying too hard to be trendy
- Helping clients tell their story in a way that’s engaging, authentic and effective
Requirements
- Experience creating content for social media platforms
- Strong copywriting and communication skills
- Photography and videography experience
- Video editing experience
- Experience using Adobe Creative Suite, including Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Lightroom and Illustrator. ( Adobe Creative Suite experience is essential. We are seeking a graphic designer with professional experience using Adobe applications such as Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign. While Canva can be a useful supplementary tool, this role is not suitable for designers whose primary design experience is Canva-based.)
- A good eye for design, composition and storytelling
- Confidence working independently and managing multiple projects
- A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to client locations
Preferred
- Experience flying drones and holding relevant certifications
- Experience working within an agency environment
- Experience creating content for B2B businesses
- Knowledge of the construction industry (although we’ll happily teach you this)
