Job Summary

Own multi-platform social media management and content production for client accounts, turning trends into on-brand visuals and engaging short-form video while strengthening onboarding and day-to-day client communications.

  • Social Management: Coordinate posting across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, and Google Business Profile to drive consistent brand presence.
  • Content Creation: Design visuals in Canva/Photoshop and produce video content for Reels/TikTok/Stories to boost engagement.
  • Client Onboarding & Admin: Support onboarding materials, proposals, emails, and ongoing client communications to ensure smooth service starts.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage social media accounts across Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, X, and Google Business Profile
  • Create on-brand visuals with Canva or Photoshop
  • Produce short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, Stories, etc.)
  • Schedule and post content consistently and on-brand
  • Serve as dedicated account executive, liaising directly with clients
  • Monitor trends and platform updates, adapting strategies
  • Contribute fresh ideas and collaborate with the team
  • Support administrative tasks including proposals and emails
  • Assist onboarding new clients with onboarding materials and smooth start

Requirements

  • Confident using Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and X
  • Working knowledge of Meta Business Suite and platform insights
  • Proficient in Canva; Photoshop experience is a bonus
  • Comfortable filming, editing, and creating video content for social media
  • Previous experience in customer service and/or client account management
  • Experience in digital marketing and/or graphic design
  • Creative thinker with excellent attention to detail
  • Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple accounts
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred

  • Photoshop experience is a bonus
  • GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
  • Canva: 1 year (preferred)
  • Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
  • Social media management: 1 year (preferred)
