Job Summary

Own part-time moderation work to build and sustain active, brand-consistent digital communities across multiple platforms, with real-time engagement and cross-brand learnings that inform ongoing community strategies.

  • Moderation and voice fidelity: maintain brand tone while engaging users across social channels.
  • Community metrics and iteration: monitor engagement signals and adapt tactics to grow healthy communities.
  • Cross-brand collaboration: align with client voice, guidelines, and rapid-response standards to scale impact.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Part-time moderators 10-15 hours/week plus weekends.
  • Work to develop strong, growing, digital communities for some of the world's most well-known brands as work becomes available.

Requirements

  • Native-level understanding of language
  • Deep understanding of respective language pop culture, nomenclature, cultural references, and slang
  • Able to understand client's brand voice & accurate engage with users
  • Previous social media moderation experience is required
  • Minimum of Windows 10 and macOS 12.X
  • Internet speed requirement of a minimum of 150 mbps
  • Authenticator requirement of Apple Touch ID or Windows Hello (camera ability)
  • Knowledge of and experience with the major social media platforms: FB, X, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Ability to analyze social media metrics
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills (ability to mirror voice/tone of multiple brands)

Preferred

  • Sprinklr certification, Khoros, and/or Sprout Social experience is also a plus
  • Experience with digital project management tools such as Asana, JIRA, Mavenlink, Basecamp, etc is a plus
