Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Build market-facing product stories
  • Turn FUTUROOT’s capabilities into clear, compelling narratives for business and technology audiences. This includes themes such as process discovery, SAP S/4HANA optimization, automation readiness, continuous controls monitoring, ERP transformation, multi-country standardization and post-go-live value realization.
  • Create the assets that make FUTUROOT easier to sell
  • Develop high-quality sales and marketing assets including sales decks, one-pagers, case studies, campaign content, website copy, webinar material, partner enablement content, social posts, short videos and customer proof stories.
  • Bring the outside world in
  • Track buyer questions, competitor activity, analyst themes, search behavior, customer objections, partner feedback and category trends. Use this insight to make FUTUROOT’s marketing more relevant, differentiated and commercially useful.
  • Build and manage community engagement
  • Develop and manage engagement across LinkedIn, CRM, webinars, events, roundtables and partner networks. Create content calendars, nurture journeys, event follow-ups and engagement plans that help FUTUROOT stay visible and relevant to priority audiences.
  • Create directly, not just brief others
  • This is a hands-on role. The person should be comfortable or willing and quick to learn, creating and adapting assets in-house using tools such as Canva, Descript, Synthesia and similar platforms. They should be able to move quickly from idea to usable output without relying on large agency-style production cycles.

Requirements

  • 8 to 12 years’ experience in product marketing, B2B technology marketing, SaaS marketing, enterprise software marketing, community marketing or a related role.
  • Strong ability to understand technical products and translate them into simple, commercially relevant messaging.
  • Experience creating content and sales assets for business and technology decision-makers.
  • Good understanding of enterprise software, SaaS, ERP, analytics, automation or related technology categories.
  • Strong writing skills and a good eye for what makes content clear, credible and engaging.
  • Hands-on experience or willingness to learn with modern content creation and marketing tools such as Canva, Descript, Synthesia, HubSpot, Mailchimp, LinkedIn Campaign Manager or similar platforms.
  • Ability to build and manage engagement across social channels, CRM, webinars and events.
  • Strong external awareness, including competitor tracking, buyer behavior, market trends and customer pain points.
  • Good commercial judgement and the ability to connect product capability to business value.
  • High ownership, attention to detail and willingness to get stuck in.

Preferred

  • Experience in any of the following would be valuable: process mining, ERP, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, automation, audit technology, analytics, AI-enabled enterprise software, transformation consulting, partner marketing, analyst relations, SEO, GEO, webinars, roundtables or customer case-study development.
