Own and drive end-to-end lead generation and multi-channel campaigns to deliver net-new pipeline, optimize paid media, coordinate GTM programs, and provide data-driven performance insights.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Own and execute the lead generation distribution workflow — from promotion sequences to channel plans — so our content consistently reaches target accounts and drives net-new pipeline.
Run digital marketing execution across social media, email, webinars, demos, and landing pages to grow Abusix's visibility and increase qualified lead volume from target accounts.
Manage and continuously optimize paid media spend across LinkedIn, YouTube, and Google Ads to maximize ROI and pipeline contribution from every dollar invested.
Source, quality-check, and optimize lead generation vendors, and work directly with Sales to improve lead quality, tighten follow-up SLAs, and deliver stronger program outcomes.
Project manage GTM campaigns and Sales Play workflows across marketing and sales stakeholders to ensure our programs land on time, on message, and with a consistent audience experience.
Build and deliver performance reports — weekly, quarterly, and annually — giving leadership the data-driven insights needed to make confident decisions about channel investments and priorities.
Maintain quality control across messaging, design, and channel use to ensure every touchpoint reflects our standards and strengthens our brand.
