Responsibilities

• Social Media Management & Content Creation
• Take full responsibility for managing and developing the social media accounts across all three offices.
• Plan, create and publish engaging, high-quality content across platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and LinkedIn.
• Develop and manage social media content calendars to ensure a consistent and professional online presence.
• Create engaging posts, reels, stories, videos and other content to promote our properties, people, services and local expertise.
• Develop creative social media campaigns designed to increase engagement, grow our audience, raise brand awareness and generate enquiries.
• Monitor social media performance, analyse engagement and continually improve our content strategy.
• Identify emerging social media trends and opportunities to keep our marketing fresh, relevant and competitive.
• Creative Design & Print Marketing
• Design and produce professional marketing materials, including flyers, leaflets, brochures, postcards, advertisements and promotional literature.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a marketing, digital marketing or social media management role.
• Demonstrable experience managing business social media accounts and creating successful campaigns.
• Strong content creation skills, including writing engaging copy and producing visually appealing digital content.
• Excellent creative design skills, with experience using software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva or similar design platforms.
• Experience designing and delivering printed marketing campaigns, including flyers, leaflets and other promotional materials.
• A good understanding of social media algorithms, audience engagement and digital marketing best practices.
• Experience planning and managing marketing campaigns from concept through to delivery.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage marketing requirements across three busy offices.
• Strong communication skills and the confidence to work closely with branch managers and their teams.
• A proactive, self-motivated attitude with the ability to generate ideas and take ownership of projects.

Preferred

• Professional photography and videography experience.
• Video editing skills and experience producing engaging social media reels and promotional videos.
• Experience with paid social media advertising, including Meta Ads.
• Knowledge of website content management, SEO and email marketing.
• Previous experience working in estate agency, property, luxury brands or another visually driven industry.
• An understanding of local community marketing and geographically targeted campaigns.
