Responsibilities

• *Planning, creating and scheduling social media content across platforms including Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn.
• *Managing and scheduling content using Meta Business Suite.
• *Helping maintain a consistent and engaging online presence for the Wellington Evans brand.
• *Assisting with the creation of property marketing posts, company updates, community initiatives and promotional content.
• *Supporting the development of new ideas to increase engagement and promote the business online.
• *Preparing and mailing outgoing letters and other correspondence.
• *Supporting the onboarding of new properties and ensuring all relevant information and documentation is collected.
• *Booking property photography, Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs), floorplans, videography and other marketing services.
• *Carrying out Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks and helping ensure client files are complete and compliant.
• *Updating property records and maintaining accurate information across internal systems.

Requirements

• * Previous experience in social media management and/or an administrative role.
• * Experience using Meta Business Suite to schedule and manage social media content is preferred.
• * Strong written communication skills and a good eye for detail.
• * Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
• * The ability to prioritise tasks and manage competing deadlines.
• * A proactive attitude, with the confidence to use their initiative and work independently when needed.
• * A professional and friendly telephone manner.
• * Good IT skills and confidence using everyday office software.
• * A willingness to learn and develop within the role.

Preferred

• Experience within the property industry would be beneficial but is not essential, as training will be provided where required.
