Responsibilities

• Edit short-form video content for Meta, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and other digital channels.
• Turn long-form recordings into multiple engaging commercial assets suitable for social media and paid advertising.
• Create eye-catching digital graphics, social media content and marketing assets.
• Design high-quality PDFs, guides, presentations and sales collateral.
• Produce creative for paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.
• Use AI tools to improve creative workflows and increase productivity.
• Collaborate with the wider marketing team to continually improve campaign performance through creative testing.
• This is a genuinely hands-on creative role.
• Most days you'll be editing video for social media, creating paid advertising assets, designing marketing collateral and helping turn ideas into polished creative that's ready to publish.
• You'll work closely with the marketing team, taking campaigns from concept through to finished assets while continually looking for opportunities to improve content and increase performance.

Requirements

• Strong commercial experience editing video using Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Good graphic design skills using Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience creating content for social media, digital marketing and paid advertising.
• Confidence producing a high volume of creative while maintaining quality.
• Good understanding of what makes video content engaging across different social platforms.
• Comfortable using AI tools as part of your creative workflow.
• Excellent organisation with the ability to manage multiple creative projects.
• A proactive attitude with the confidence to suggest ideas while remaining hands-on in delivery.
