Own the GSS performance narrative and quarterly guidance, linking resource planning, demand forecasting, and operations to drive organizational decisions across cross-functional programs.

  • Synthesize cross-functional data into cohesive performance stories and drive improvement programs

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • integrating insights from Resource Planning, Demand Planning, and Insight & Analytics to drive holistic performance improvement and enable GSS leadership to make better, faster decisions.
  • synthesizing cross-functional data into unified performance narratives
  • leading strategic planning exercises (OP1/OP2)
  • building improvement programs that drive decisions at the organizational level.
  • independently connect the dots between workforce capacity, demand pipeline, operational performance, and automation strategy — surfacing org-wide patterns, risks, and opportunities that no single function can see alone.
  • partner closely with GSS Operations, Finance, Marketing, and Technology stakeholders to author the GSS performance OP narrative, drive quarterly guidance exercises, and contribute to MBR/QBR.
  • influence data-driven business decisions at the organizational level, understanding how resource planning, demand forecasting, and operational performance interconnect to drive GSS outcomes.
  • synthesize insights across multiple domains into cohesive narratives
  • perform strategic planning, performance management, cross-functional program leadership, and narrative writing (6-pagers, OP documents)

Requirements

  • Experience in financial/business analysis
  • Experience defining requirements and using data and metrics to draw business insights
  • Experience making business recommendations and influencing stakeholders
  • Experience using BI Tools (Tableau, OBIEE, Business Objects, Cognos, MicroStrategy)
  • Experience with Excel
  • Bachelor's degree

Preferred

  • Experience in online advertising/marketing/sales/digital media
