Job Description
Responsibilities
- Leading paid media strategy across The Dash Group’s B2B and B2C brands
- Building, managing and optimising campaigns across Google, Meta and LinkedIn ads.
- Managing five- to six-figure monthly budgets against commercial targets including ROAS, CPA and lead quality
- Using data, testing and experimentation to continually improve campaign performance and ROI
- Managing conversion tracking, attribution and lead-quality analysis using GA4, Google Tag Manager and CRM integrations
Requirements
- Proven experience managing and growing paid media campaigns across Google and Meta
- Experience managing five- to six-figure monthly paid media budgets
- Strong commercial awareness with a focus on measurable business outcomes and maximise ROAS
- Highly analytical, with strong experience in tracking, reporting and attribution
- A proactive and creative approach to testing, optimisation and problem-solving
