Job Description
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Significant senior-level marketing experience, with responsibility for developing and delivering integrated marketing strategies and measurable recruitment or commercial outcomes.
- Strong expertise in digital acquisition, performance marketing and analytics, with the ability to use data to optimise campaigns, investment and decision-making.
- Experience managing marketing budgets and allocating resources across competing priorities.
- Strong understanding of brand management, audience positioning and the development of compelling programme propositions.
- Experience managing external media, creative and digital agencies and holding partners accountable for performance.
- Proven experience of leading and developing team members and working effectively with senior stakeholders.
- Excellent communication and influencing skills, with the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, international and multicultural environment.
- Experience or understanding of higher education, business education or international student recruitment is desirable.
Preferred
- Fluent written and spoken English; additional languages are an advantage.
