Senior Marketing Executive

Responsibilities

• Bringing fresh ideas to our campaigns and content, keeping our marketing clear, engaging and relevant to our customers.
• Writing and publishing content for our website, emails, blogs, social media, press releases and customer case studies.
• Designing brochures, showroom displays, website graphics and social media assets that reflect the Green Retreats brand.
• Helping shape the creative direction of campaigns, from the first idea through to the finished materials.
• Updating website content in WordPress and applying SEO and AEO best practices to help customers engage with us.
• Monitoring campaign performance and using the results to improve engagement and lead generation.
• Keeping our printed and digital materials accurate, consistent and up to date.
• Working with colleagues, agencies and brand partners to deliver projects on time and to a high standard.

Requirements

• At least two years’ experience in a marketing executive or similar role, either in-house or within an agency.
• A degree in marketing, design or a related subject, or equivalent relevant experience.
• Experience planning, delivering and reviewing marketing campaigns.
• Strong writing skills, with the ability to make information clear, engaging and easy to understand.
• An eye for design, layout and detail.
• Confidence using Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Experience updating website content through WordPress.
• A good understanding of SEO and AEO and how to apply it when writing content.
• Experience using a CRM, ideally HubSpot, and building email campaigns.
• The ability to interpret performance data and turn it into practical improvements.

• A salary of £30,000–£35,000, depending on experience.
