Job Summary
Own and scale the marketing capability program across global markets, standardizing ways of working, driving a long-term capability roadmap, and partnering cross-functionally to embed AI-led improvements and consistent learning.
- Define and roll out standardized processes and tools across regions to raise marketing efficiency.
- Lead the capability programme roadmap and measure impact against speed, adoption, and capability growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external agencies to secure stakeholder alignment and implement learning and development initiatives.
