Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead strategic marketing planning, prioritisation and budget management, using audience insight to inform exhibition, brand, customer growth, membership and CRM marketing.
  • Be a strategic, audience-focused marketing leader with strong planning and analytical skills.
  • Develop marketing frameworks, drive cross-organisational collaboration, and use insight and data to shape priorities and maximise impact.
  • Champion audience-centricity and help shape the future of marketing across the V&A family.
  • Shape how audiences connect with exhibitions, experiences and programmes across South Kensington, V&A East, V&A East Storehouse, Young V&A and the Wedgwood Collection.
