Job Summary

  • Demand Generation: Run precise ABM and multi-channel campaigns across paid, email, and field to hit targeted pipeline growth.
  • Field & Partnerships: Lead in-market events, press, and agency collaborations while ensuring clean handoffs to sales to accelerate closes.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own the UK and Ireland pipeline number. You are directly accountable for the volume and value of pipeline opened from the region. You work with the revenue team to get the right accounts into the right conversations at the right time.
  • Run an ABM motion against a concentrated account list. Our UK target universe is tight and deliberate. You will use intent signals and market intelligence to tier accounts, identify who is in a buying position, and coordinate outreach accordingly. This is precision over volume.
  • Run multi-channel campaigns. Paid search, paid social, email, direct mail and third-party syndication. You connect the digital and physical sides of the demand programme and make them work together against a common pipeline target.
  • Own the field marketing programme. Events, regional dinners, hospitality and direct mail. You run the full physical presence in market - from selecting the right events to executing activations that get ProcurePro in front of the right people in the right rooms.
  • Own press and PR. Build strategy and work with providers and agencies as well as build relationships with key UK construction publications, contribute opinion pieces, and ensure ProcurePro has a consistent and credible voice in market.
  • Manage external partners and agencies. Events, media outlets, regional agencies. You know how to brief them, hold them accountable and make sure output stays focused on pipeline, not activity.
  • Partner with sales. Regular account reviews, tight alignment on targeting, warm and well-qualified handoffs. You are an extension of the revenue team, not a separate function.
  • Drive growth. Ultimately your work moves the pipeline number. Not just activities on a plan, so decision making, assessment and prioritisation are key.

Requirements

  • Have demand generation or ABM experience. 4 or more years in demand gen, ABM or field marketing for a B2B SaaS business. You understand how to run a targeted account-based motion and build pipeline from a concentrated list, not just run broad campaigns.
  • Know the construction or built environment industry. Highly desirable.
  • Can run the full channel mix. Comfortable owning strategies and executing across paid, email, digital and field. You do not rely on one channel and know how to connect them into a coherent programme.
  • Are comfortable in a room with procurement directors. You like field marketing as much as digital. Events, dinners and direct relationships are part of how you work.
  • Think commercially. You run the maths on pipeline coverage. You know the difference between a busy calendar and a productive one.
  • Operate independently. Remote role, regional ownership. You manage your own priorities and hold yourself accountable to the number.
  • Have a point of view. You are not waiting to be told what to do. You have opinions on which accounts to go after and what it takes to open pipeline in a concentrated market.
  • Want to build something. There is a clear path to progression within one to two years for the right person.

Construction has digitised how projects are delivered, but not how capital is committed. In a 2-4% margin environment, commercial leaders are accountable for outcomes they often cannot fully see. A 1% movement on a $500m project represents $5m in exposure.Up to 70–80% of margin risk is embedded before contracts are signed - at the pre-contract stage where subcontractor commitments lock in financial exposure.Yet this critical moment is still managed through spreadsheets, email chains and fragmented workflows. When control is fragmented, margin is exposed before delivery even begins.Control Before CommitmentProcurePro restores control at the moment exposure is created. We give construction commercial leaders structured visibility before capital is committed - aligning procurement, commercial and project teams around a single source of truth. For commercial leaders, that means confidence before signing. For procurement teams, that means clarity and faster comparisons. For project teams, that means fewer downstream surprises.Powered by Procurement IntelligenceProcurePro introduces Procurement Intelligence to construction - a structured, data-driven platform that governs commitment before contracts are executed. We surface real-time intelligence across:• Scope coverage gaps • Pricing variance • Supply chain exposure • Budget alignment • Commitment benchmarking • Subcontractor bid comparisonDelivery systems optimise execution.Procurement Intelligence governs commitment. As a global leader in construction procurement software, ProcurePro protects margin, capital, and commercial certainty across the pre-contract lifecycle.Scale• $38bn+ in supported construction value• 1,500+ active projects• 50,000+ subcontractor bid events analysed annually• Operating across Australia, the United Kingdom and the Middle EastProcurePro gives construction commercial leaders control before contracts are signed.
