Responsibilities

• Your sole focus is finding audiences we’ve never reached before.
• While our marketing team manages a busy existing pipeline, you operate independently - looking outward, constantly.
• You’ll research sectors, identify professional networks and communities, and build direct pathways into them.
• When you find a strong prospect or a promising channel, you don’t hand it off and move on. You nurture it. You keep the momentum alive until it’s firmly embedded into our pipeline. Then you go and find the next one.
• This is a commercially minded, outbound-first role for someone who understands that real growth comes from creating new demand - not optimising what already exists.
• You’ll operate with a lot of autonomy. You’ll be trusted to make good calls quickly and pivot when something isn’t working.
• Remote working is absolutely fine, though being within reach of Bournemouth is a genuine advantage.

Requirements

• Lead Generation, New Audience Development, Partnerships, Outbound Prospecting, Business Development, Pipeline Creation, Market Mapping
• 3–5 years in outbound lead generation, business development, or a hunting-focused sales role
• Pure outbound prospecting - experience starting conversations from cold and turning them into momentum
• Opening new markets from scratch - built a strategy to reach a new territory or audience and made it work
• Network thinking - ability to map a market, identify communities, and access them
• Speed and judgement - fast testing, honest signal reading, and pivoting when needed
• Self-sufficiency - building the target list without scripts or hand-holding
