Job Summary

Own end-to-end content production and continuously improve the AI-assisted workflow across iGaming verticals, while managing the freelance bench, setting editorial standards, and serving as the client-facing content lead.

  • Lead multi-source production pipelines to SLA with strong editorial judgement
  • Coordinate client strategy sessions and align with Outreach for integrated delivery

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Running the end-to-end content production pipeline — brief, draft, edit, QA, delivery — making the process repeatable so quality doesn’t depend on any one person
  • Owning and continuously improving the AI-assisted production model across iGaming verticals — football, casino, horse racing, and niche sports
  • Managing the freelance bench end to end: sourcing, testing, onboarding, grading, rate negotiation, contracts, performance management, and replacement
  • Setting and holding the editorial standard through clear briefs, the Content Team Style Guide, and rigorous QA before anything reaches the client
  • Applying thorough, current knowledge of iGaming advertising regulations and responsible gambling standards across all content output — compliance is a core part of this role, not a background consideration
  • Tracking content margin month on month — managing AI, freelance, and third-party spend against client fees and flagging commercial risks early
  • Line managing in-house content team members where applicable — 1-2-1s, PDPs, SMART goals, and coaching
  • Acting as the content point of contact for clients on day-to-day queries and joining strategy sessions when content is on the agenda
  • Staying aligned with the Outreach team through daily huddles — content and outreach moving in sync

Requirements

  • At least 2 years’ experience creating content for the iGaming sector — proven track record across sports betting, casino, or lottery verticals
  • Thorough and current knowledge of iGaming advertising regulations and responsible gambling standards — applied independently, not with guidance
  • A genuine passion for sport and strong understanding of iGaming content across sports betting, casino, and lottery
  • Strong project management skills — you run a complex multi-source production pipeline to SLA without dropping quality
  • Strong editorial judgement — you set a standard and hold it through review and spot-checks
  • Experience managing a content production operation across AI, in-house, and freelance resource
  • Freelance or contractor management: sourcing, rates, quality control, and roster management
  • Advanced proficiency in AI content tooling — you improve and scale pipelines, not just use the tools
  • Commercial awareness — you understand content margin, third-party spend, and pricing
  • Line management or mentoring experience — you’ve developed people, not just worked alongside them

Preferred

  • Deep knowledge of iGaming verticals — particularly horse racing, niche sports, and lottery
  • Experience with Signal or equivalent content production management tooling
  • Experience with WordPress, Grammarly, and GA4
  • Previous agency experience with client-facing responsibilities
  • Proficiency in Ahrefs, Monday.com, and Google Search Console

Benefits

  • Defined career pathways, personal development plans, and regular appraisals so you always know where you stand and what's next.
  • Team training budgets, a Training Academy, an AI-powered learning platform, and a genuine commitment to promoting from within.
  • Pay and Rewards That Reflect Your Work
  • Competitive salaries benchmarked annually, a company bonus paid twice a year, enhanced pension contributions as your career develops, a Long-Term Incentive Plan, and generous referral bonuses.
  • Free annual health checks, flu jabs, and eye tests. Access to mental health first aiders, confidential counselling sessions, a cycle-to-work scheme, and five paid sick days on top of SSP.
  • 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays) rising to 30 with tenure, your birthday off, flexible working hours, hybrid and remote options, and two weeks working abroad.
  • Regular Lunch 'n' Learns, quarterly off-sites, monthly socials, two paid volunteering days, an annual charity partnership chosen by the team, and an AI Taskforce putting innovation in everyone's hands.
