Job Summary

Own audience insights and messaging for the management consulting space, turning industry shifts and customer needs into targeted content and cross‑functional alignment.

  • Industry & Audience Strategy: Build knowledge of buyers, translate trends into messaging and personas.
  • Content & Campaign Execution: Lead global multi‑channel content and align with sales, product, and enablement.
  • Advocacy & Optimization: Champion customer perspectives to keep campaigns relevant and impactful.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop a strong understanding of the Management Consulting industry, including customer needs, market trends, and regulatory developments
  • Monitor industry news and competitive shifts to inform marketing strategy and content
  • Advocate for customer perspectives across internal teams to ensure relevance and impact
  • Craft inclusive, audience-specific messaging, personas, and value propositions
  • Lead the creation of content for global, multi-channel campaigns and collaborate on integrated strategies
  • Partner with cross functional teams (sales, product, sales enablement and marketing) to align efforts, share insights, and support effective engagement

Requirements

  • B2B marketing experience within the Management Consulting sector
  • Ability to translate market trends into actionable marketing strategies
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills
  • Experience working across teams and managing multiple projects
  • Familiarity with ABM, CRM, and marketing automation tools
  • Curiosity, initiative, and a collaborative mindset
