Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive occupancy, event bookings, and brand awareness.
  • Managing digital marketing efforts, including social media, website content, SEO, and email campaigns.
  • Overseeing the creation of promotional materials, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
  • Collaborating with the sales, events, and revenue teams to create targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Managing hotel partnerships, sponsorships, and influencer collaborations to enhance brand visibility.
  • Analyzing market trends, guest demographics, and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Coordinating public relations efforts, including press releases, media outreach, and brand storytelling.
  • Monitoring and reporting on marketing performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Budgeting and managing marketing expenditures to ensure cost-effective campaign execution.
  • Ensuring all marketing initiatives align with the hotel’s brand positioning and business goals.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in marketing management, preferably within hospitality, tourism, or a related industry.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop and execute innovative marketing strategies.
  • Expertise in digital marketing, including social media, content creation, and online advertising.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills with a strong ability to engage audiences.
  • Analytical mindset with experience in measuring marketing performance and ROI.
  • Proficiency in marketing software, CRM systems, and content management platforms.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to drive results.
  • You must have the right to work in the UK to be eligible for this role. Documented evidence of eligibility will be required from all candidates prior to commencing employment.
