Responsibilities

Develop and manage recruitment marketing campaigns on digital platforms, including job boards, social media, and company career pages.
Optimize job postings and career content for search engine visibility and candidate engagement.
Analyze recruitment marketing performance metrics to refine targeting and improve conversion rates.
Collaborate with internal teams to align recruitment marketing efforts with overall hiring goals and employer branding.
Monitor industry trends in recruitment marketing and recommend adjustments to stay competitive.

Requirements

Experience with recruitment marketing platforms and applicant tracking systems is required.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and analytics platforms to track campaign performance is required.
Strong copywriting and content creation skills for job descriptions and recruitment collateral are required.
Knowledge of SEO and SEM strategies to enhance job visibility is required.
Ability to analyze recruitment metrics and adjust strategies based on data is required.
